Supplementary admission process for Grade 1 (MYP4) and Grade 2 (MYP5)

Supplemental admission for Grade 1 (MYP4) and Grade 2 (MYP5) takes place as places become available.

To register for the exam in the supplementary session for Grade 1 (MYP4) or Grade 2 (MYP5), you must:

1. Pay the examination fee of PLN 950 by bank transfer to the school’s account:

In the title of the transfer, please be sure to include:
Rekrutacja uzupełniająca MYP, the name of the candidate or candidate.

2. Send the following to the school office at: rekrutacja@ib.1slo.edu.pl

  • Confirmation of the examination fee
  • A scan of the candidate’s school ID photo
  • A scan of the candidate’s school ID card
  • A scan of the certificate of the last grade completed – 7th or 8th grade of a Polish elementary school or its equivalent in another educational system for admission to grade 1 (MYP4) or 1st grade of a Polish high school or its equivalent in another educational system for admission to grade 2 (MYP5).

3. Fill out two registration forms (links will be sent by the school office upon receipt of the documents in point 2):

  • Registration for the exam in the school’s admission system
  • Student information (including third language choice declaration)

4. Pick up an exam ID badge from the school office at 22 Raszyńska Street, which entitles the student to take the exam. The school office will notify you of the deadline for collecting the IDs.

The exam consists of a written part and an oral part.
The written part of the exam includes English, Polish and mathematics.
The oral part of the exam is conducted in the form of an interview in English.

On one of the exam days there will be a diagnostic test in the third language, which does not affect the decision on the candidate’s eligibility for the oral part and admission to the school.

The exact schedule of exams will be sent after the closing of the exam registration.

First Round – June/July 2025:

Enrollment takes place from April 23, 2025 to June 23, 2025.

June session exams are held from June 30, 2025 to July 3, 2025.

EXAM RESULTS

No later than July 31, 2025 (Thursday), the list of students admitted to the school and the wait list will be published.

The school office does not provide information regarding the results of the exams by phone.

CONFIRMATION OF THE DECISION

Confirmation of the decision to enroll in our school is the payment of a non-refundable organizational fee within 2 working days of notification of admission.

Second Round – August 2025:

The second round of supplementary enrollment is launched only in case there are vacant seats in classes.

Enrollment takes place from August 18, 2025 to August 20, 2025.

August session exams are held from August 22, 2025 to August 26, 2025.

EXAM RESULTS

No later than August 29, 2025 (Friday), the list of students admitted to the school will be published.

The school office does not provide information regarding the results of the exams by phone.

CONFIRMATION OF THE DECISION

Confirmation of the decision to attend our school means paying a non-refundable organizational fee within 2 working days of the notification of admission to the school.
